Welcome New Burlington Tenants

Dear Tenants,

Welcome to your new Burlignton Vermont apartment. We hope that the move went smoothly for all, and that everything is getting settled quickly and comfortably.

Within this web site you will find some important documents. One of the documents is a list of names and phone numbers that you might find useful at some point. Please print this list and leave it by a phone so that it is readily available to you if needed. Also included is an inspection checklist for you to go through as soon as you move in. The point of this checklist is to assure both you the tenant, as well as the landlord(s), that all aspects of the dwelling are in good working condition and that the previous tenants have left the premises clean.

Also included is a document on smoke detector/carbon monoxide combo units. Safety is a priority of mine. Please make certain that your smoke detector/carbon monoxide combo units are functioning at all times. NOTE: DO NOT FOR ANY REASON REMOVE SMOKE DETECTOR/CARBON MONOXIDE COMBO UNITS. The detectors are the only thing between life and death. If there are any safety concerns during your tenancy, PLEASE ADDRESS THEM IMMEDIATELY. Either call me or one of the names on the contact List. If there are any issues relative to the heating, plumbing, or the electrical systems, please address them with me immediately as described in the lease. Please use rubbish containers. Do not leave rubbish on the green belt for any reason.
